The Art Lease Project has been operating since 2018. The project's objective is to facilitate an artwork loan arrangement between Great Southern artists and business venues.
The Art Lease Project
The Art Lease project was developed in 2018 by Art worker Nat Rad to support the local arts community through financial and promotional means. With Nat’s support it was continued by visual artist and co-ordinator Racquel Cavallaro in 2023. The project facilitates artwork loan arrangements between Great Southern Artists and business venues, working to support community, business, and regional artists.
How to purchase or loan ?
INTERESTED TO PURCHASE ARTWORKS IN THE COLLECTION?
All artworks are available for sale with the purchaser providing sales commission to a charity chosen by the leasing business.
The purchaser agrees to take ownership of the artwork/s purchased when the loan agreement ends.

INTERESTED TO LOAN ARTWORK FOR YOUR VENUE?
Art work available for loan for a period suited to your requirement. Racquel works with you to select work suited to the sensibility and ethos of your business. All co-ordination and installation of the work facilitated by the Art Lease Project.

Artists - Be Involved
Art lease co-ordinator Racquel, manages the venues collection-sourcing installing and promoting the works leased with no charge to the Artist, leasing the artworks from the artist for the duration of the display time, with ownership of the work remaining with the the artist.
